Victor is a great guy; he is hard working, smart, personable, and learns quickly. I first worked with Victor at Accenture, and he made such an impression on me that I hired him to work with me at Northwest Airlines in 2004! At Northwest we worked as internal consultants for the entire company, with many projects in airport operations such as designing lobby layouts, passenger boarding studies, testing new automation technology, and many other process improvement projects. We did a few projects together at our Tokyo hub in Narita, where he was offered a promotion and transferred to work in Japan. I have proudly cheered his well-deserved promotions and overall success in his career at Delta. I worked with Victor on an important training project which yielded outstanding results! The project we worked on was to develop and execute a comprehensive training program for all the sellers and sales support in Asia Pacific.
